happy daddy day (as Jane calls it)

Happy Daddy Day to our favorite daddy!  We went to Starbucks (let's be honest, that was for Mommy), went mini golfing, and out to lunch.

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  We're all just getting over colds.  Solly even got hit with this one and he has been CRANKY, poor little guy.  More posts coming this week :)

Janers TALKS!

I think most everyone who reads this (our parents) is aware how concerned we've been because Jane wasn't talking...at 18 months, then at 2...well, we left her alone for awhile...quit speech therapy (twice)...and generally stopped asking or expecting her to attempt to talk.  And lo and behold, our stubborn girl started talking one day.  She just started with these perfectly formed little words and mini sentences all on her own!  I tried to capture some of her speech on video, but it's really better to get when it comes from her (rather than me baiting her with questions and requests).  We hope that you can all see her in person soon!
